Finding shifts
Offering for a shift, taking one, and saying no.
Find shifts lists the shifts that still need somebody, in the areas you have agreed to work in, on days you can work. Change Look ahead to see further.
- 8 Mar Sat Market Square 09:00–17:30 · North
- 11 Mar Tue Station Road 09:00–18:00 · North First come, first served
What each button does
- I can do this
- Tells the coordinator you could work it. It is not a booking yet — they choose who takes it, and you hear either way. The shift then says You said yes · awaiting confirmation.
- Take it
- Only on a shift marked First come, first served. The first person to tap it is booked there and then. If somebody beat you to it, you are told.
- Not for me
- Hides the shift from your list. Nothing is sent to anybody.
- You said yes — undo
- Takes back an offer you made, while nobody has been booked.
- Show them / Put it back
- Brings back the shifts you said were not for you.
Example
You are free on Saturday 8 March, so you tap I can do this on Market Square. Two other pharmacists do the same. The coordinator books you. Your phone says so, the shift appears under My shifts, and the other two are told it has been filled.
No shifts showing?
- Your areas have not been agreed yet. Contact your coordinator to agree which areas you can travel to.
- Nothing is open in your areas on the days you can work. Look further ahead, or check your availability.
“Shifts you were asked about”
A link in a message about particular shifts opens just those shifts. See every shift you could take goes back to the full list.
