Every icon and label in the app, in one place.
The tabs along the bottom
- My shifts
- What you are booked for, and anything waiting for you to confirm.
- Find shifts
- Open shifts you could offer for.
- Messages
- Everything we have sent you. A number shows how many are new.
- Availability
- Days you never work, and time off.
- Settings
- Preferences, notifications, how we contact you, your PIN, and signing out.
Ways we contact you
- The app
- A notification on your phone. Free, and it arrives straight away.
- A WhatsApp message.
- Text
- A text message.
- An email.
Other icons
- Help
- At the top of every screen. Opens the help about that screen.
- Pharmacy preferences
- Where you would rather work.
- Notifications
- What arrives on your phone.
- Stay signed in
- Open your rota with a PIN on this phone.
- Up and down
- Move a way of contacting you higher or lower in your order.
- Back
- Returns to the screen before.
Labels on a shift
- Not confirmed yet
- You are booked; the coordinator is waiting for you to confirm.
- First come, first served
- The first person to tap Take it is booked straight away.
- You said yes · awaiting confirmation
- You offered; the coordinator has not chosen yet.
- New
- A message you have not seen before.
