Settings
Preferred pharmacies, notifications, how we contact you, and your PIN.
- Pharmacy preferences
- Tick the pharmacies you would rather work at, and coordinators offer you those first. It does not change where you can be asked to work — your areas decide that, and a coordinator agrees them with you.
- Notifications
- Turn on notifications to hear about shifts on your phone straight away, for free. Untick a kind to stop it arriving on your phone. That is all it stops: we still email or text you about shifts and about your rota, so you never miss being asked. Send me a test notification checks it works.
- How we contact you
- Put the ways you want to hear from us in your order, with the arrows. We use the first one that suits each message, and never a way you have stopped. Only shown once your pharmacy group offers a choice.
- Stay signed in
- Choose a PIN, and this phone opens your rota with it instead of a new link each time. See Signing in.
You would rather hear by WhatsApp, then email, and never by text. Under How we contact you you move WhatsApp to the top, email second, and stop Text. A cover request now reaches you on WhatsApp; if WhatsApp cannot be used for it, it comes by email. It is never texted.
Add this app to your home screen
It then opens like any other app.
- iPhone: open this site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen and Add. On an iPhone, this is what lets it send notifications.
- Other phones: open your browser's menu and look for Install app or Add to Home Screen.
You still need a connection to see your shifts and make changes.
