Signing in
The sign-in link, and opening the app with a PIN.
The sign-in link
- Type the email address or mobile number your pharmacy has for you. If you are not sure which, try your email first.
- Tap Send me a link. There is no password to remember.
- Open the message we send and tap the link. It works once, and lasts 15 minutes.
The link has not arrived
- Wait a minute, and check your junk or spam folder.
- Check you typed the address or number your pharmacy holds — we only send to one we have on record, and we do not say whether we found it.
- Tap Ask again for a new link. An old link stops working once it has been used or has expired.
- Still nothing? Ask your coordinator to check the details they hold for you.
Opening the app with a PIN
On a phone that is yours, choose Stay signed in in Settings and pick a PIN. After 15 minutes away the app asks for the PIN instead of a new link. The phone remembers you for 30 days.
- Only on a phone that is yours. Anyone who learns the PIN could open your rota on it.
- After 5 wrong tries the phone forgets you, and you sign in with a link again. You can choose a new PIN once you are in.
- Forget this phone in Settings stops it remembering you — for a phone you are passing on, or to choose a new PIN.
Signing out
Sign out is at the bottom of Settings. It also clears what this app has saved on the phone. Do it on any phone that is not yours.
